Depends how good/shit you are at hosting and configuring it. There's nowhere to hide with voice. It's either there on time or it isn't.

Either way sounds like your current phone provider doesn't know how to build phone infrastructure so that's comforting.

I'm not really privy to the backend, but I suspect it's cloud, as we have our own cloud gear.
